Times
The physiotherapy clinic is open from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday
and 8am to 1pm Saturdays. An appointment can usually be given within 24
hours.
Domiciliary (home) physiotherapy visits are available in the local area,
with a full range of portable ultra-sound and interferential therapy equipment
available.

a charge will be made if less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation.
We can invoice insurance companies direct as long as a policy number and a claim reference number are provided at the time of assessment.
Treatment sessions are approximately 30
minutes duration, although this may vary depending on the chronicity of
the problem and the treatment modalities used.
Customers can pay by cash, cheque or credit card. (no Amex)
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
Patients covered by health
insurance should bring along their membership and authorisation reference
numbers in order for the clinic to bill the company direct, otherwise
a receipted account will be issued at the conclusion of treatment, along
with completion of insurance forms where appropriate to facilitate such
claims.
Treatment at Crushes Manor Physiotherapy Clinic is recognised by all major insurance companies (subject to the terms and conditions of your medical insurance policy).
To enable us to invoice your insurer directly, please can you provide us with the following information at your first appointment:
- Name of Medical Insurer
- Membership or Policy Reference Number
- Claim authorisation number
- The number of sessions/length of time you are authorised for treatment
- Details of any excess on the policy
